Consideration of application to Historic Preservation Review Board pertaining to 3101 Highland Place for construction of side, screened porch with roof in the footprint of original, but demolished, side porch; side and rear deck; one-story rear addition; and replacement of 3rd story front windows with historically compatible windows.

   1. Consideration of Public Space application for the installation of a 5 foot wooden fence at 2901 Cleveland Ave. that would enclose public space abutting the front, side, and rear yard, which adjoins 29th Street.
